The story of Gru, Lucy, their adorable daughters—Margo, Edith and Agnes—and the Minions continues in Despicable Me 3. After he is fired from the Anti-Villain League for failing to take down Balthazar Bratt, the latest bad guy to threaten humanity, Gru finds himself in the midst of a major identity crisis. But when a mysterious stranger shows up to inform Gru that he has a long-lost twin brother—a brother who desperately wishes to follow in his twin’s despicable footsteps—one former super-villain will rediscover just how good it feels to be bad.

When little Mariah sees a darling little puppy named “Princess” at the pet store, she suddenly knows exactly what she wants for Christmas. Before her Christmas wish can come true, she must prove that she can dog-sit her uncle’s dog, Jack, a scraggly rascal; in fact, the worst dog in the county! Jack turns Mariah and her family’s perfect holiday preparations upside down in hilarious ways. It wasn’t exactly the Christmas she wished for…it was more than she ever wanted.

Saturday ~December 30~ 1pm ~Underdogs~ PG

An animated comedy with a little bit of magic and a whole lot of heart. Jake  is a shy, but talented, foosball player. His passion for the game is rivaled only by his love for free-spirited Laura. With her encouragement, he beats the town bully, Ace, in a foosball game. But everything changes when Ace becomes the world s best soccer player and returns years later to turn their village into a new sports stadium. He starts to destroy everything and kidnaps Laura in the process. Just when it looks like all hope is lost, the toy figures from Jake’s foosball table come to life! He and the players embark on a wild adventure to save Laura and reclaim their village. With the help of his team, his town, and a little bit of magic, Jake will try to save the day.

 

General Information About Movies at Your Library

  • Most movies are shown as soon as they are released on DVD.  We may also have showings of classics, special categories, or past favorites.
  • Most 1pm movies are geared for families and children, however; we show movies with assorted ratings at 1pm.  Ratings will be posted when available and Parents or Guardians are Solely Responsible for deciding what their child may view.    Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (18 or older).  ID will be required for any movie rated R.
  • One free popcorn and drink will be available 30 minutes before each movie, for everyone who makes a one-time purchase of a movie cup. Nothing will be offered after the movie begins.  No outside food or drinks will be allowed.
  • Seats are strictly limited to 40 on a first come first served basis and movies begin promptly.
  • Anyone disturbing others in any way will be asked to leave (this includes cell phone use)
  • No illegal drugs, alcohol or tobacco products (including electronic cigarettes) may be used in the library.
  • Re-admittance is not allowed.
