Your Friends of the Casey County Public Library are hosting a free Chair Yoga class on the fourth Monday of each month, featuring a local licensed yogi! This type of yoga is perfect for all ages and all ability levels and requires nothing to get started. Participants should wear comfy clothes and will have the opportunity to take their shoes off, if desired.
This program is paid for by the Friends of the Casey County Public Library thanks to all the wonderful support they receive from the community with their fundraising efforts.
