Summer Reading 2022

“Oceans of Possibilities”

Join us for our annual Summer Reading Program! The theme this year is Oceans of Possibilities. So get ready to dive deep into reading this summer!

Children of all ages are invited to log their reading, participate in missions, and discover through play at programs.

This year’s Summer Reading will be divided into age groups, with kids in 4th grade and under coming to programs in June and kids in 5th grade and up coming to programs in July.

Track your reading online!

This year, your Casey County Public Library is excited to announce a brand new reading tracker available online! Paper trackers are still available, but we’re excited to be able to offer this fun, new alternative.

To sign up to track your summer reading digitally, just go to:

caseyreads.readsquared.com

Sign up (with your guardian’s permission, please!) and join the program that fits your age group to get started.

More than just a reading tracker, READsquared has a lot of fun options, including challenges, missions, games, and a point shop!

That’s right, read and get rewarded (even though reading is definitely its own reward). Each time you log reading minutes, you’ll earn points. Points can be spent on all sorts of goodies!
